The Observer’s Book of the Month (“superbly disturbing”) and a Richard & Judy Book Club bestseller, it was a Silver Falchion and Macavity Award finalist in the US. No Other Darkness, the second in the series was shortlisted for a Barry Award. Her DI Marnie Rome series continued with Tastes Like Fear, Quieter Than Killing, and Come and Find Me. Sarah has worked in or around publishing for over twenty years. Her non-fiction has been published in The Guardian, The Telegraph, Psychologies magazine, as part of the Dangerous Women Project, and in The Pool. She has run masterclasses in Crime Writing Without Plotting for Theakstons Festival, and is the brains behind the Flashbang contest and other marketing/publicity initiatives for CrimeFest.
